About our Agency:
I have been with State Farm for over 25 years. I began my career working for a State Farm agent as an Account Representative. I got my first State Farm Agency in 2003 in Clovis, NM and spent 3 years there before going into corporate Agency Leadership. I spent a little over 7 years in Agency Leadership before deciding to go back to owning my own business and I opened my current agency in February of 2013. I am passionate about developing my team and I spend a great deal of time training and coaching each employee to succeed. We are a team of strong, confident professionals that have a passion for helping people, but we still have fun doing it! We are a fast paced, high energy, competitive office and we are looking for professionals that will help take us to the next level.

Jamie Smith - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Must be willing to obtain relevant licenses (Property/Casualty, Life/Health)
- Must be able to work the following schedule: M-F, 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
