I have been with State Farm for over 25 years. I began my career working for a State Farm agent as an Account Representative. I got my first State Farm Agency in 2003 in Clovis, NM and spent 3 years there before going into corporate Agency Leadership. I spent a little over 7 years in Agency Leadership before deciding to go back to owning my own business and I opened my current agency in February of 2013. I am passionate about developing my team and I spend a great deal of time training and coaching each employee to succeed. We are a team of strong, confident professionals that have a passion for helping people, but we still have fun doing it! We are a fast paced, high energy, competitive office and we are looking for professionals that will help take us to the next level.
Position Overview:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
